Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or handling

You may choose to receive store credit for future purchases
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a replacement, you must initiate a return and place a new order.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.
